Eric came out and gave a thorough estimate to repair the leak on my roof including photos of my roof showing exactly what was to be done. Marvin and Fernando did an excellent job repairing our roof. They took out the old material and installed new underlayment, flashing, and shingles and also sealed and painted the dormers and up vents on the roof. They even cleaned out the gutters! They showed me photos of the completed work. They left everything cleaner than before. Very courteous and professional. “Luis Mendoza Roofing (LMR) put a new MCA “S” clay tile roof on our two-story house. Anthony had done other reroofs in our neighborhood and nearby. We had the solar panels removed, then LMR striped the roof down to the plywood (even replacing a few failed plywood sheets). Then he applied a peel and stick fireproof underlayment before installing the new tiles. His crew worked hard through some of the hottest summer days. Anthony supplied a porta-potty and some areas were covered for protection while work was being done. Anthony was onsite many times a day. He worked with my solar contractor to get the best installation. The roof passed both the OC sheathing and final inspections. I would recommend Luis Mendoza Roofing.“

“The Hoyt team did an amazing job on our roof. Despite being super busy, Chuck promptly answered my calls and questions. And their price was amazing compared to another company who wanted an exorbitant amount.

The only downside was their backlog so we had to wait. But that was okay. A backlog of business tends to be a sign of a good company, so it was well worth the wait! They did get a last minute cancellation, so Chuck was able to schedule is 2 weeks early.

We received a bid that we were considering and happened to see Prestige working on a roof down the street and asked for a bid. They came in close price wise to the other roofer and got a good review from our neighbor; we are so glad we waited and used Prestige. “I put out a request through Angie's list for roofers and got a call from Zoro who came out to give me a free estimate. He was very thorough and thoughtful in the process getting onto my roof and inspecting my problem, then hand wrote out two separate detailed quotes for me, one for a partial roof repair vs a total re-roof quote. He was patient to answer all my questions and stuck with me following up in the subsequent days to provide me references and proof of insurance and even photos of their past work. This company doesn't have a huge number of online reviews and Zoro said it's because they are a smaller business that really focuses on a smaller number of jobs at a time to ensure quality. They have an old school personal feel to them and aren't gimmicky by promoting discounts in exchanges for reviews, etc. My project was going to be a big one so I naturally got multiple quotes and ultimately ended up choosing someone else, but I do want to give others reassurance that everything with this company checks out and I think they would have done a really fine job. Zoro was very patient with me in the process and I'm glad there are good people out there like him.“

“I was referred to Unlimited Raingutters by a friend and was extremely happy with the end result. Fernando was prompt, friendly, and very detailed during the estimate appointment and walkthrough,, and even had samples of both gutters and downspouts so we had visual of what our options were. This project was for a single-story house and detached garage, to be completed after the house exteriors were painted by another contractor. Fernando provided a diagram indicating where all the downspouts would go, and even left a paintbook sample so we could color match our downspouts once we had finally decided on a paint color for the house. There was an appropriate amount of communication to coordinate scheduling and final color choice for our downspouts, and when installation day finally arrived, Fernando and his team arrived promptly and got to work without issue. I didn't even bother trying to get estimates from other contractors for rain gutters, but I felt the amount I paid for Unlimited Raingutters was well worth the price considering the exceptional customer service and professionalism, quality of work, and scope of work.“

However the crew team left the clips and screws on the ground. They could have cleared it and put them in the trash. The quality of rain gutter is very good. Price is pretty fair.“
