Even when she moved from Laguna, (15 minutes away from me) all the way to Newport, I make the trek because I can trust her. She listens to what you want, not what she thinks you should have. Owner was very patient with this woman. The outcome came out about 80-90%. What more can u ask? If she not haply then why wait til u go home and say wrjte bad review? Imagine if someone write bad review to ur family businesss for what u dont deserved? They have families to feed. This woman could have told the owner if she not happy and work out. “I would literally trust Hellen with my life!!Before I found out about her, I always went to different lash techs and I never had a set tech. What I'm definitely more particular about too is my eye shape. As an Asian monolid girlie, I always found it hard to find lash techs who can mold their style to my eye shape. It's always either too dramatic or too natural and not worth it. I went into a rabbit hole of lash tech searching on Instagram and then when I stumbled onto Hellen's page, it was an instant connection! I know that sounds bizarre or dramatic, but I'm a firm believer that every girl has a lash tech/hairdresser/mail tech etc. that is best suited for them and I found my person. I loved her aesthetic and her work! When I looked into her work, I was so impressed. It was so clean, full, and she had such a variety of different styles for all eye shapes - I truly have never had a bad set from her, and they've all lasted so long.Before Hellen, none of other lash techs ever told me how to maintain healthy lashes and they were all always so abrasive and harsh with my lashes. I was never able to fully relax while getting them done because my eyes would be burning or because I just wouldn't feel comfortable. But in my years going to Hellen, I literally never have my eyes burn - EVER, and she makes you feel taken care of. She sometimes makes her own lash cleansers and they're AMAZING as well!! I thought burning eyes were always normal because other lash techs said my eyes were probably just sensitive to the glue, but Hellen told me that that isn't correct. She's very transparent and she truly does care so much for her clients. I love her so much lol I can probably talk about how amazing she is both as a lash tech and as a person for hours!I commute from Corona to OC just to get serviced by her every 2-3 weeks for my lashes for the past 4 years. She also has other services like brow shaping, brow laminating, and lash lifts - all of which I've done with her before and I absolutely LOVE those results too. Please please please trust her with your services as I do :) she's worth every drive and penny. I don't open up very easily to people, but Hellen has become more than just a lash tech. “Five star hair salon in the middle of Westminster. We have been going to this fine establishment for at least the past 6-7 years. Mr Thy Nguyen is my stylist who pays a ton of attention room to my hair styling needs. Always courteous and setting up an appointment if very easy.“

“I came here to wash my hair and I really like it here. Relaxing space, small but warm. Erica - the owner is wonderful and very friendly. She washed my hair very well and the massage was impeccable. She takes good care of me and cares about my feelings. That's great. I will introduce my friends to come here to experience. I wash my hair normally for $35 (but there's also a massage included) - very cheap and worth the experience. She also packages hair shampoo to help you save more money. I encourage you to pay attention to it. A place worth experiencing - worth trusting and worth relaxing.“

“I've been to three head spa places (this one and two around SF, where I'm from), and this is by far my favorite and the best quality! I've only tried Package #4, and I LOOOOVE it! What's great: 1. I really like ANNA. I've experienced many spa techs who aren't intuitive with their touch, where you can tell they're just going through the motions or are distracted. Anna's focused, hardworking, careful, and intuitive. There was some language barrier when I wanted more pressure, but she was quick to whip out her phone translation app and adjust her technique. 2. the place is really well-run. I believe Phi's the owner (same guy at the front desk), and he runs a tight ship. The place is sparkling clean (the bathroom is the benchmark, and the one here is nice!!), and each staff member is super professional in the way they carry themselves and interact with customers. 3. 2 free drinks with your visit in a lovely little lounge dedicated to just sitting around! After I was done with my appt, I actually hung out in the lounge for 40 extra minutes to nurse my rose and just relax on my phone. I was NOT in a hurry to leave haha. I love Package #4 - besides the head massage and wash, it also included a mini facial and a short feet massage. It's 90 minutes of pure ASMR bliss! I wish the places around SF are at this quality :( Btw, you can buy 10 and get 2 free as a package deal! As a side note, I left my earrings there when I visited in late Sept. When I called in, Phi was nice enough to offer shipping them to me, or have me pick them up when I return to LA. I finally went back in mid-Dec (2.5 months later!), and Phi immediately returned them... in a nice little protective pouch! I was so touched and impressed by the level of detail and care they put into their service! Quality flows top down, and this place has great leadership!
