Express Hair & Nails. I keep on passing by this salon and really wanted a balayage, or just to color my hair. From my experience with going to someone who says they can do your balayage but for cheaper, there's usually a chance it will turn out to be more of a highlight style rather than Balayage. I came in and Teresa was the one that cut my hair. She asked what I wanted and I asked for a skin fade with a side part. I am really happy with the work that she did. It was exactly what I had asked for. Vibe was easygoing and she really took her time with the cut unlike some barbershops where I feel they rush the work to get to as many clients as possible. She even added gel and styled my hair afterwards, see pic. I've been to other barbershops and this kind of cut would run 2-3x more. Unbelievable they can keep their prices this low in this day and age without compromising quality.

Great place for a men's haircut. It's $8 and normally I give a $2 tip but the lady did such a great job I give her another $2. Still a great deal, up in Fullerton some barber shops are charging anywhere from $ 20 to $25
