I highly recommend this mortuary for your funeral needs. Adelina, the funeral director I believe, was exceptional during the planning process. She is patient and transparent with their costs. I can tell she will go above and beyond for the families. When we were having issues testing the video slideshow the day before the funeral service, Adelina offered many solutions including going out of her way to loan and pick up her USB drive to save a fresh copy and try again on the system at the mortuary. The team at Dimond and Shannon was incredible to work with. Annette was my primary point of contact, but the entire team was supportive, gracious, and professional every step of the way. At a time when things can be very difficult to deal with, they were all truly a gift from God. From the bottom of my heart I offer thanks to you Annette, and everyone at Dimond and Shannon for all that you did for our family and friends. One extra thank you goes to Mr Eddy for his moving remembrance of his time working with my wife during their years working together there, at Dimond and Shannon.
