Horrible service. They're not paying my doctors since there's a 'flag on my account' saying that SCAN is not my primary. Everything is correct with SCAN and Medicare. ADOC says it takes time. It's been three months. I'm at my wits end since I currently have medical issues and don't want to wait much longer.

Every time I call it takes an hour because I start with my doctor, then call Anthem, then call ADOC, then call the provider again anyways. For everything. If you press 3 for "customer service" the ADOC auto-menu literally hangs up on you. The only way to get through is to call them and push the option for "Considering signing up for ADOC? Press option 28" and then someone answers the phone and puts you on hold 15 times. When flashing my insurance card, Doctors roll their eyes and give you sub-standard care, medical equipment suppliers randomly reject you even though they technically should accept ADOC. Rude, Rude and ruder. John C. or whatever your real name is.... This was by far the most condescending person I have dealt with in a long time and a medical IPA!!! to boot. If I did not advocate for my father, he would have not even HEARD what this person said to me. I called to find out why my father had no coverage on something that he has coverage on, but the customer service did not exist. How awful that people have to deal with this. Shame on you ADOC.
