Responds in a reasonable amount of time. He does not charge you if he can't fix the problem. Courteous and professional. I would recommend him if you are having issues with your computer or laptop.

Sven is awesome. My son's laptop needed a specialist. My generic knowledge couldn't get the job done. I took it to him in the afternoon and he emailed me later the same day and told me it was ready and I could pick it up the next day. He help helped me understand what was wrong with it and gave me some helpful tips to prevent it from happening again. Friendly, courteous, and professional. I highly recommend him. I've used 2 other computer repair services before I found Sven and now I'll never use anyone else. Thanks Sven!

Sven and company have been our go to computer guys for years, and they are fantastic! As of the last year their employee George has been our main point of contact. Always patient with us non-techie types, he has provided excellent service and always leaves us smiling from the results as well as his humor. Thank you Sven and company!
