Some of the worst customer service ever. They never answer the phone and if you leave a message don't expect them to call you back.

Worse place for pictures, over priced and sloppy. You can find better quality and better prices at JCP or Sears etc Regret purchasing my daughters senior pictures here. If u had an issue, good luck trying to get ahold of a person. 99% of time you get their answering machine.

Went to the location in Anaheim off Orangethorpe and Traub. Both of the ladies that helped us (photographer and sales girl) were awesome. Very helpful and professional. Took my daughters senior pictures for FUHS. Every picture came out wonderful, no touch ups needed. Took our digital copy home with us within the hour. EXCELLENT SERVICE!! Thank you for making this such a fun experience.
