Good local place for Medical services, but unfortunately the onsite Laboratory only services patients that are seen in that Facility! They DO NOT do Labs for Quest Diagnostics!! Parking is 30 Minutes Free, & Pay after I didn't catch the rates. But ask your Doctor if they Validate Parking?

Love all the providers but the parking situation is intolerable. Since covid parking is free...but that has encouraged all adjacent medical visitors to park there so there isno space for its own patients. Please get the paybooth online.

Don't bother calling- despite the fact that there are 6 different women front facing and countless others behind the desk/wall, they can't ever seem to answer their own phone. I've had to leave messages with all kinds of people in order to get their attention. The doctor I saw didn't bother to investigate my own case - he simply looked at other doctor's notes and said "I agree with them." Without listening to me. What was the point of waiting 3.5 months to not be able to speak to a doctor for a real 2nd opinion? Pointless. Providence has really taken a toll on the once great offerings of St Jude's health care.
