I want to give a shout out to Ms Rupa, Medical Assistant. She is hard working and has excellent customer service skills in providing great connectivity to her patients in getting the help that her patients needs and.desires. Thank you Ms Rupa! You Rock!!!!
It's a tough call. A great urgent care associated with a hospital thats stuck in time, toxic healthcare provider + staff culture. Each visit here the staff was knowledgeable, skilled, informed and calm. Patient assessments were thorough as an Urgent Care can get and the treatment/ care matched the patient's concern and presentation. Staff was not defensive or vague when prompted about concerns, no mansplaining or judgement. What a relief and what a breathe of fresh air compared to the rest if the associated facilities. Over the past 4 years this has become my preferred location for treatment when needed. Everyone from the front desk check in, triage, nurses, X-Ray techs and doctors has been kind, efficient and helpful. Wait times may vary dependent on volume of patients- but as a walk in with less than urgent medical needs I've always been takin care of promptly.
