I tried to contact Dr. Shivani Patel several times to schedule an appointment. The phone rings but nobody answers. Finally, when they answer there was a lot of interference, many voices talking at the same time. I tried to tell them about my appointment. Nobody listen, in the end, I heard women laughing at me and in Spanish, they said "sigue hablando jajaja" and put me on hold without saying anything to me. I find this behavior very disrespectful to prospective patients. I was trying to make a review on their site. There is no way to do it. All the five stars' reviews are false. Very unprofessional people. Do not go to this doctor. The phone number is 714-626-8650 Providence in Fullerton.

Deserves minus ten. I've had a dvt in the past which was treated successfully. Leg started acting up again so I was tested here with ultrasound. Here's where the minus ten comes in. Technition told me I had blood clots and not to leave. Came back in the room, told me I might not be able to drive. Came back in the room again, and told me to go straight to my primary's office and not to leave before I get seen for the clot. As I stated, I've been through this before so I knew how serious this can be. Got to my Drs office saw him and was told there was no dvt just surface clots in vericose viens that can't embolize. My primary is a good Dr. , He apologized for their screw up. I'd like to thank the technition profusely for scaring the crap out of me needlessly. Don't use this facility EVER.

I have a utralsound for my best doctor ever Dr Marlene Mires at St Jude Medical Plaza this morning and it's was great it's took me 20 minutes my utrasound tech was Whitey she was nice and good customer service always I love St Jude for my healthcare
