The best yoga studio in Orange County! Every teacher is excellent and every class a delight. They have hot yoga and cold yoga and an array of classes for every level. The studio is clean and fresh with bathrooms and showers available. Highly recommend!

Great experience from initial phone call to first session in a group class with Alex! Super friendly staff all around. Alex was incredibly welcoming, and made everyone feel like they belonged. Great energy from beginning to end!

Did a sound bath last night with Bella Caspersen and it was amazing. 15 min of very light stretching and 45 min of an amazing relaxing sound bath with many different sounds. Very good instructors and willing to help if you don't know the correct yoga pose like me. I highly recommend place.
