Got a follow up email concerning the issue of the company accepting an application fee when the property was no longer available for rent. The company did refund the application fees they originally charged to my method of payment. I do appreciate a company that will refund your money when something has gone wrong with the product/service you paid for.

The process of: viewing the home to completing the rental application to approval and everything in between was the most seamless and fantastic experience I've had as far as moving is concerned. I worked specifically with Kara, who is extremely polite, helpful, very quick to respond and very informative about everything I needed to know.She was always on time and always nice and professional. The home they rented me was very clean and a great deal, especially in todays market. I highly recommend Ohana Properties to anyone looking to work with a great, family run business.
