“As much as I want to leave a positive review, it has been very difficult. I do understand that Yvonne is normally very professional, and I don't fault her for being well recommended and booked. I had requested a notary service and paid, while I haven't received the document after 3 business days after payment had gone through on my banks end. The document that was to be notarized is time sensitive, and I had less than a week to get it. Like I said, it is understandable that she is busy, just is not helpful that I'm unable to get ahold of her via phone, and there's been no response to my emails. “I was looking for a service to renew my mother-in-law expired passport. Called JJ Global and was greeted by Ms. Mary. She was very courteous and helpful, and agreed to look at all of my documents to see if they are completed. She quoted me a very reasonable price. I submitted all the paperwork to her in the morning, and by the evening she notified me that it was already been approved by the Vietnamese Consulate and the passport is on its way to me.
