Terrific teacher. I started with Larry many many years ago when all I wanted to do was learn some picking patterns. But very soon I was deep into theory as well as learning picking patterns and many songs that I wanted to learn as well as many that I hadn't considered when I started. If he didn't know a song I wanted to learn, he did by the next class or two. He would not only teach the song to me, he would write up the tab for me in my notebook. I learned a ton very quickly. I had only planned on being there for a few months and found out later that I had been there for over 3 years. Was a very great experience.
I have been coming here for a few months now and I can say I am so happy with how far I've come. I came in with zero experience and zero confidence. Larry is passionate about what he does and experienced. Just need to trust the process. Super glad I chose him over anyone else. Only wish I asked him for gear advice before buying anything because I trust his recommendations.
Larry is an incredible instructor. I have been having lessons with Larry since I was 13 years old, and I am still learning from him 17 years later. Larry has a unique approach to learning the guitar that makes it incredibly fun and keeps you wanting more.
