I had my concerns when Robert took over for IP Consulting only because I had been with the previous firm for over 15 years handling my personal and business accounts. Fast forward 3 years later I’ve stayed with Robert as he has always been very quick to reply every time I’ve reached out. He is professional and attentive.As a previous reviewer mentioned some employees have left, but that happens with any business for a variety reasons. Robert has stepped in when necessary and from there we have built a rapport. I have no complaints and the transition was a seamless as it could be.
