The project took two days. The crew was very mindful of our home, and the house now maintains a steady temperature without the system running for long intervals. “We had a great experience with this company. I was having issues with my tankless water heater not producing hot water. We initially had another company come out that was on the list from the manufacturer. I felt very uneasy about the technician being on the phone with the manufacturer the whole time. I wasn't pleased with that because it seemed like he had no idea what he was doing. He came out the next day and was again on the phone being dictated step by step. We decided to call another local company and I'm so glad we did. I called for a quote and I'm almost positive I spoke with the owner. He was able to give me a price of installing about 3 parts. Most plumbing companies would not disclose that information. We felt very confident that he seemed to know what to do without being told step by step by the manufacturer on what to do. He was very fast and very upfront and honest about pricing! He also knew exactly what to do without having to call the manufacturer one time! He even went out of his way to go back to his office 2x in the same day to get parts because he didn't want us to go another day without water. This was about 6-7pm in the evening. I could tell he cared about my family and I! If I ever have any plumbing related issues I know who to call every time!“
