Sara is amazing! I did a Reiki session with her and I came out floating on air! I felt a So much better, I was calm and my back pain had subsided. It was a bit like guided meditation with dealing directly with your mind while all the shoulds in your world are swept aside. I felt like iI could access parts of my mind that were blocked off and go around some of the pain of the past and accept myself and my feelings. I would totally recommend her services. I went in for my back but feel like I started dealing with other issues that have plagued me for years! Highly recommended!

Gather & Grow a wonderful place and resource. They offer things such as wellness coaching, counseling, therapy and more. It's a safe place that's warm & free of judgement. Feels like waking into a home. Even though their parking is limited, they are appointment only so they always have ample parking in the back of the building. The waiting room is very cozy & inviting, filled with books, magazines, snacks and warm teas to keep you company while you wait. If you, a friend or family member is struggling in life, could use some guidance or just needs a place to feel safe, I would highly recommend OCGG. They're not your typical run on the mill center and all are welcome here. (Even says so on their door mat :p). Having a resource like this is a great addition to self-care.
