Really appreciating this place! Absolutely great place to work on my standup game and the highlight of this place is the coaches. They walk around and will correct your form and walk you through techniques,which is something I've seen some MMA gyms skip out on. The place is super clean and the environment is so welcoming you can't help but want to come back. My only issue would be that the schedules can be restricting,I do wish you could go in and simply do your own workout without having to attend a class. Overall amazing place and highly recommend to anyone staring their MMA journey!

All the coaches are amazing and super knowledgeable about boxing. Due to the variety of classes there is a little bit of everything for everyone. I especially love yoga with Mel! Everything she teaches helps support our boxing training. Yoga with her is a different type of challenge from the boxing and FYT Camps. Everything is an invitation so you don't feel pressured to do anything your body can't handle. Going to FYT has helped me grow in terms of my strength, but also just how I view myself and relationship with fitness and health.

I must say that my journey in boxing has been nothing short of remarkable. From the beginning, I had always been curious and intrigued by the sport, but my fear of not performing well held me back. However, on my first day at FytGym, the welcoming and supportive environment created by the team instantly put me at ease. It helped me overcome my self-consciousness and gave me the confidence to fully immerse myself in the class.
