From the initial phone call and the planning meeting with Linda, everything was perfectly arranged. Scott was so wonderful during the open viewing, church and burial. They made it possible to honor Mom perfectly. We had an open casket and the makeup team did a beautiful job. “Starting with working with Zach Bassell who had a very professional but not overly endearing demeanor. Very informative and experienced. When we were undecided about something he would make a valued suggestion from his experience. He was very helpful in every way and this whole process was plain easier with his help. The chaplain Greg Anderson was exceptional as well. The staff present for the viewing were very helpful and polite and looked sharp and respectful for the occasion. The mortician did an exceptional job making my mother look very beautiful and peaceful… a lot better than when I last saw her. My last sight of her was more positive and peaceful. M & W made me feel relieved that I opted for open casket, and that it was the right choice. They all did such a wonderful job; And also for my grandmother back in 2018.
