I worked at this health club the year that it opened (1985), and for the next four years, while I was attending CSUF. It was the premier health club in all of OC at the time. The place was packed every night. It was top-notch. We had world-class bodybuilders and professional athletes (Rams & Angels) working out there. About 19 years ago, I drove through the parking structure and saw graffiti on the walls and litter on the ground. The place looked run down, and it saddened me to see this. Based on some of these reviews that I've read, it sounds as though the decline continues. So sad.

I have not attended the club, but I have attended Renew Church who meets here weekly on Sundays! I've seen no issues with the facility, and have enjoyed meeting here every week.

Looking at this as a GREAT place to play table tennis. Lots of good players and weekend's have round Robins with 40 players at different levels. Two groups of top-level and two groups of lower-level. Playoffs take place between the winners of the two groups at the lower level and then that winner plays the winner of the two groups of the top level. Nice people little warm inside as the AC has not been repaired for a while. But players put up with it because it's a great place to find good tables good competition and you can practice as much as you wish to.
