First time customer to Focalpoint since relocating to Fullerton. I came in to inquire about having lenses made for my new Oakley frames. I needed an eye exam as well and asked to make an appointment but I lucked out due to cancellations.I saw Dr. Chris Hsieh,super nice guy,easy to understand and talk with. He wasn’t in a rush,made sure I understood as much as I could about the health of my eye balls. The assistant that helped me thru the initial stages of the exam was really nice.Following the completion of my exam,I met up Rick to help me pick out the lenses for my frames I brought in. I’ve been dealing with severe dry eyes for years and Dr. Arellano has been great at giving me care and treatment. I’ve seen multiple doctors and I love the patient care here the most.I highly recommend coming here for your eye doctor visits! The best optometrist!
