From the first quote/consult appointment to the permit received in the mail, Evolution staff were super attentive and communicating every step to the process. We were in need of a new furnace before the winter season truly got into full swing. We got a couple of other quotes and Evolution was our best option! They arrived promptly on a Saturday at 8am and finished the job right before 4pm. The crew of 3 guys were super respectful of our home and did great work, down to the clean up after. Rose, the point of contact, was always responsive when we had questions about the permit or next steps. Evolution continues to impress! Shortly after installation of our air conditioner we had a few user error questions. Both Rose and Brian stayed on the phone with me after hours to help run diagnostics and fix the issues. Brian even made a trip to the property to adjust our dampers for us when no technicians were available during a heat wave. Most recently, I was concerned we might have a refrigerant leak in our heat system. I messaged Rose on Yelp around 10pm at night expressing my concern. I would recommend Evolution Heating and Air. They have a great price for a new heater. My heater was over 30 years old. I got three quotes and Evolution Heating had the best price and good reviews. The staff are very friendly
