Had a defective unit. I am from canada so process was a little trickier but after a month everything was resolved and they are sending me a new tested unit for my 78 firebird. Was initially unhappy but I am feeling better and glad Custom Autosound stands by there products.
Great company with great products, and they stand behind their products. My radio stopped working and was just barely out of their warranty period. I took the radio unit to them, and the lady name Trisha was super nice and helpful. Bought a radio for my 67 mustang from CJ's pony parts, works perfectly and sounds awesome. I had a problem where the directions said to wire power to the back of the cigarette lighter, when i did so, the radio wouldn't power up, even though i had 12 volts at the lighter. When I called tech support and asked for a warrantee replacement for a defective unit, the lady about beat me over the head on the phone and insisted I run a wire to the battery. When I did so it worked perfectly, lol. I was quite impressed with the tech support gal! (There must be too much resistance going to my lighter or something.)
