“One of the most honest and ethical guy we've ever met! We had a heavily stained mattress from a previous tenant and hired him to clean our mattress. He arrived within a reasonable time frame range. After trying to clean and deodorize our mattress, many of the stains were still visible. Even though the mattress was unsalvagable (not his fault as we had no idea how long these stains lasted until the tenant left), he did not feel comfortable taking our money, even though we still wanted to compensate him for his time and effort. I had some big jobs that needed attention along with the usual dust and polishing, general bathroom areas and a going over the carpet and tile. 2 1/2 hours were not enough for all the work to be done. They stayed a total of 4 hours to finish the top things on my list. I was impressed with their hard work ethics. I’m assuming the remainder of the smaller, maintenance things will get picked up next time, but it’s nice to have clean blinds again, along with a ceiling fan that looks practically new. “We used DMS to clean a facility we were moving into and they did an incredible job. As a food manufacturer, we have very unique needs and they were able to accommodate all of them. We use them now for janitorial services and upkeep of the facility (epoxy floor maintenance, pressure washing the outside of the building, etc) and they do an incredible job at that as well. I usually try to point out something bad in reviews just to provide balance and I genuinely can't find anything to complain about. They did a spectacular move out cleaning for me, cleaned windows, took care of extra trash I had from the move, helped me pack up last minute items, carried large items to the curb for a large item pick up and took care of anything and everything I needed.
