I saw Lorena and she was very kind and patient explaining everything to me. She looks 35 which blew my mind because she said she has been in business for 30 years. They worked on me for over an hour. I couldn't tell you the different things they did because well, I am a guy and we don't always get this stuff : ) but I can tell you I saw a difference when I left and continued to see even more results over the next few weeks. They utilize proven skin care methods but also research and integrate new technologies. I should say that Lorena is serious about what she does. You can tell she is constantly thinking and assessing what a client needs. This may come across a little "clinical" to some people. However, she is a genuinely good person and cares about people. PSC is also a true American success story. It was founded by a young female who funded the business on her own and built the business from the ground up. Supporting small business matters. PSC is not a bargain basement facility providing Group On specials. They are also not charging outrageous prices. If you want quality work you have to be willing to pay for it. Based on their experience, expertise, and quality of work, I found their pricing to be fair. To put it in perspective, Fantastic Sam's can provide a decent haircut, but a skilled stylist at a good salon can do pretty amazing work. By the way I want to apologize to "Sunshine" at Fantastic Sam's, we stopped going there A long time ago and never said "goodbye" : ). I have not been paid for this review and PSC didn't ask me to write it. After going in to PSC, I felt compelled to share my experience.“

“I'm embarrassed to say I have not gone into a hair salon since pre-pandemic. I thought I was being smart by cutting my own hair to save money. That's until the last time I chopped my hair off, it was left uneven no matter how hard I tried to fix it. I guess it didn't help that I have very thick hair, with a mind of its own. After casually searching for a salon for months (that felt like years), I finally got introduced to this place through my Mom, who found out through some of her church fam. It appears they have been regulars at this salon for years. We came in at 12:30pm today (with an appointment) and was seated right away which was nice! I've been to many salons where I would wait despite making an appointment. There were two ladies running the salon and I'm allllmost sure the lady we got referred to is the owner of the salon (I wish I got her name, I'll def get it next time). She was so kind and knew exactly how to get my crazy hair back in line. While she was working her magic on my hair, she freely gave tips on how to blow dry/comb my hair which I appreciated so much! I am so satisfied with this place and thrilled to put an end to my pandemic haircuts.“
