My eldest daughter has been here for years. I decided to join myself. All of the instructors are phenomenal, and have always been great at teaching a wide range of physical and mental abilities, even someone as forgetful as I am. Trust me, even if you're in poor shape: they can work with you. As long as you have the will to be better, they can help you be better.
Arjun started his karate journey since he was 4 years old. We recently celebrated his 7th birthday at the facility where kids got to do the drills and obstacle course.
