They took amazing care of my pup Kaya and were very communicative with me, and open about everything. They didn't mind my questions, and were right there with suggestions and taking what I wanted into account rather than just pushing things on me.

I don't do reviews but this time I have to. I give a 5 star x2. I started taking my dog here because he needed some test done that he couldn't get at his regular vet, and let me say I was pleased since my 1st visit here. He started with health issues that thanks to waterhouse I was able to spend another year with my dog. He unfortunately passed but they never gave up on my doggy. The Vets here are amazing. The front staff super friendly and they treated my dog like it was theirs. Thank you to all at Waterhouse for everything you did for my Harry.

Amber was part of the dental team. My shepherd needed 2 root canals on his canines. Amber was so caring with my dog and explained everything so clearly. My dog had no complications and he's doing fabulous!
