About University Dermatology Associates
University Dermatology Associates is a healthcare facility that prioritizes the wellbeing of its patients, providers, and staff. Patients are screened for respiratory illness symptoms before appointments and upon arrival. Telehealth options are available, and social-distancing measures, masking protocols, and other recommendations from local, state, and federal agencies are implemented. The business has received positive reviews from patients praising the short wait times, friendliness, and high-quality care provided by the staff. A patient's husband has had good experiences, and Dr. Dehesa and his team are specifically mentioned for taking good care of him. Dr. Simpson and the staff are also highly recommended for their patience and attentiveness towards a patient with unique needs, such as being deaf and having Down Syndrome. A new patient had excellent experiences during their first visit and follow-up appointment. Staff members were respectful and friendly, and the interaction with Ms. Sheila M., PA-C was positive and informative. The only recommendation is to hire more dermatologists to keep up with the demand of patients. Overall, University Dermatology Associates is commended for its excellent service and care.
Everything is great about this place. Wait time is short, they're friendly, they do a great job. I would highly recommend. My husband is the patient, I go with him sometimes and it's always a good experience. They take good care of him. Thank you Dr Dehesa and his team
Dr Simpson is fabulous as all the staff. They take their time with my daughter (deaf and Down Syndrome). I feel everyone goes out of their way to help her. Highly recommend. It’s worth my time driving over to Fresno since I could go to Visalia which is closer to where live. This says it all.
My first visit and follow up appointment at University Dermatology Associates were excellent. The staff were very respectful and friendly during my encounters. My interaction with Ms. Sheila M., PA-C was positive and informative. She took the time to listen to my concerns and to explain the results of my studies and the plan of action to treat my skin condition. The only recommendation I would give to University Dermatology Associates would be to hire 1-2 dermatologist to keep up with the demand of patients. Other than that keep up the good work University Dermatology Associates.
