My family and I are incredibly grateful for Dr Parson and her office. Before our first appointment we received a decent size handful of papers that needed to be filled out. I was a bit frustrated with all the questions because it always feels like offices don’t read them and you sit down and they ask you the same questions. But not here, when Parsons came into our room she had notes written on the papers to ask me about what I had written. And then she made about 4 more pages of notes while talking to us. I felt heard about the things going on with my kids. She helped my daughter with her eczema. No one knows she has it anymore. And the skin that looked like it was forever ruined is normal. I get compliments left and right that I have the happiest 5 month old they have ever met and I owe it to Dr. Parsons and give her credit every time I can. We started when my newest was 3 weeks old who didn’t nurse properly after having a tongue and lip tie clipped. My little one didn’t seem to be an “unhappy” baby but we started to realize other people couldn’t hold her without tears. I was the only arms she didn’t cry in. The afternoon after the first adjustment she stuck out her tongue, she laughed, she responded to other people, anyone could hold her with a smile and I could put her down and she stayed happy. At first we couldn’t go more than 3 days without an appt before the tears reset. But now we can and I have two very happy girls! One who is thrilled to not have eczema and one who enjoys all of life. The youngest also nurses like a champ. That one took a little more persistence but after each appointment there was noticeable improvement in her nursing. That is just a small amount of how she has changed our day to day lives and made them better. When she is sitting in the room with us I feel like we are the only people that matter and she genuinely cares how we are and how she can make ANYTHING better, even if it’s just an ease of mind.
