I recently had the experience of working with Sterling & Smith Funeral during a difficult time for my family and I can’t speak highly enough about the superb services they provided.

From the moment we reached out, it was clear that their customer service exceeded our expectations. Mr. Carlos was incredibly understanding when we expressed that my mom wasn’t comfortable going into the office. He offered to visit our home to discuss our options, which was so thoughtful and made the process much easier for us.

Tony was great communicating with us throughout the whole process prior burial. During these difficult times it was great to have someone meet our expectations. Bob, who was the driver was very compassionate and attentive to our needs. There was an issue at the cemetery but Bob went above and beyond to make sure it was resolved as quickly as possible. There are good people working here. Tony is very attentive. Zoe is very helpful. Caesar is very talented. The staff is honest (they returned jewelry to our family when they found it).
