Mr. Torres has been so fabulous! I am a Realtor DRE# 02033765 in the local Fresno area and have used Luis several times to go and check out roofs on properties. Whenever I call a receptionist usually picks up. If someone doesn't pick up my call immediately, I will receive a text message letting me know they will get back to me. Either Mr. Torres or his receptionist is prompt on getting in touch with me. One of the main reasons I continue to use Mr. Torres is his wealth of experience and knowledge in the Fresno and surrounding areas. He will know if there are particular regulations/ permits required in conjunction with the location of the property. I am able to pass along this information to my clients. He's extremely willing to work around my busy schedule to personally meet me on location. I very much appreciate that he takes his time to explain conditions of roofs to my clients. I so value his honesty and his above reproach work ethic. When you hire Mr. Lewis Torres you are hiring a professional who will do a professional job! He is so great about informing me and my clients about the condition of the roof as he works. He is present during all the jobs, this is not a situation where he just sends a bunch of people out that don't know what they're doing.
