Let me start by saying how impressed we are with this business. The two gentleman that showed up were professional, friendly, and very responsive. He was here within 15-20 minutes of me calling! I didn't have to wait 2 - 4 hours!I called because the washing machine was backing up the toilet and tub. I was really concerned, since it was the end of the day, that I would have to pay after hours fees. After messing with the main kitchen drain (I'm not sure the technical name) they cleared it, but I still had the same problem.
