I’m 70 years old and decided it was time to get into better shape but where to go and who can help me? I’ve been to other gyms and felt out of place and embarrassed and hurt so bad the “day after” that I was intimidated and frankly, a bit frightened. I went to RhoFit to take a look and was so pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere, the people who were there (my type of people-older and not super buff), and the we-can-help you attitude that I signed right up. So far, I absolutely love it! I can already feel the difference and I’m not stopping until I’m a little buff.

Contrary to what some may think, this is not a "women's gym" Yes, a lot of women of all ages come here but there are men as well again, of all ages and couples too. They open super early I think 5am and everyone from the owner to the trainers to the members are very friendly and helpful . I joined a gym twice and never went as I was very self conscious about going . This gym, all it took was one visit and I was hooked . You can go in, be under the radar do your stuff and get out or you can ask for help, small talk get to know people, whatever is you. My dad suffered a serious stroke in December of 2020 and lost use of his left side. He was unable to walk and could barely move his left arm. I immediately knew that I wanted him to go to Rhonda's. We signed up, received a great consultation from Rhonda, set up a plan for exercise therapy, and have been pleased with every visit. Everyone from the front desk, to all the trainers, and my dad's trainer Tamara are all absolutely incredible. I could not ask for a better place for him to be.After 2 months now he has been able to regain strength in his left leg and is able to walk short distances with a walker.
