I had the pleasure of working with Luis (Plumbing Technician) and Jesus (Plumbing Helper) from PR Plumbing today, and I can’t say enough good things about them. As a 73-year-old woman, I’ve seen my fair share of service calls, and it's rare—and refreshing—to encounter technicians who are so honest, respectful, and truly committed to solving the actual problem instead of upselling. They came out on short notice (lucky me!) and were incredibly thorough in diagnosing the issue with my water tank. They located the necessary replacement part that same day and completed the repair quickly and efficiently. A second issue was a bit more complex, but Luis walked me through my options with great clarity and patience. I’ll be monitoring the situation, and I have full confidence that PR Plumbing will be there if further help is needed. Both Luis and Jesus were outstanding—professional, kind, and incredibly respectful. They explained everything so clearly that I didn’t feel overwhelmed or dismissed, which unfortunately happens too often to seniors. But not here. These two young men made me feel heard and valued. Their honesty and work ethic are exactly what every company should strive for. And by the way, the charges were extremely reasonable. No surprise fees, just excellent service. PR plumbing is awesome! They have helped us on numerous occasions. They changed the main line to my home a few years back and I was so impressed that I call them for everything. The techs are dependable and friendly. Shout out to Jason who was timely, efficient, and personable yesterday when I had a problem with my shower. Highly recommend them for all plumbing issues.
I had the best experience with a major leak that required rerouting the hot water line through the attic ect. Eric and Jose were very clean, coming in and out of my home they wrote shoe covers and cleaned up after themselves and the work was finished in a timely manner. Eric and Joes also provided excellent customer service answered all of my questions and concerns with specific on what was beginning done, how long it would take and who would communicate next steps. I was told I would receive a packet to give to the inspectors when they arrive and I received a date within 24 hours of the work being completed that the inspection is on Monday yay 😀 thank you PR Pluming.
