We`ve been using Paws R Us for over a year now and our dog seems to love going there, she gets excited and you can really tell that she likes the staff there. Speaking of the staff, they are always very friendly and accomodating concerning scheduling but what I really appreciate about them is how they actually listen to your special needs and/or requests and do their best to deliver. This has been a great find for us and we have recommended them several times.

We took our mini schnauzer, Leroy, for grooming for the first time at Paws R Us. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Leroy seemed to like her when he was greeted. We were told it would take about 4 hours to bath, clip and groom Leroy. We were were contacted about 4 hours after we dropped him off. They said he was well-behaved during the grooming. He looks good in his short summer cut. Overall everyone is very satisfied. We plan on returning.

Fantastic service, never have a second thought about taking my cat to them! I always know they will treat my animal with the respect and kindness no matter what kind of a mood my cat is in, trustworthy establishment!
