Very difficult to do business with. I've never been able to reach anybody by phone without having to wait at least 10 minutes before goes through the auto dialer system and wait for a call back that rarely happens. I had a problem with lab work paperwork that needed to be replaced. They said they would call me back they didn't and then when I came into the office they just said sit down and we'll get to you. There's no sense of urgency whenever there is a problem here. Chances are I'm going to take my health care back to UHC.
Doctor Hernandez is a wonderful Doctor. He has done everything he said that he would do to help me feel better and has. I have no complaints with Omni Family Health or the Denital office . I will recommend Omni to my family and friends
Dr.Hernandez was the best doctor I've ever had. He took the time to thoroughly explain what was going on with my medical conditon and did it in a way that I understood. Thank you for doing this. Also the entire team was friendly and welcoming.
