I deal with NVB through work, and they are always awesome to deal with. They sell refrigeration parts, do refrigeration service on all makes of vehicles, and can repair a/c lines. My company gets a dedicated account rep so I have never dealt with the counter guys in the parts department, but the few times I have had to call the store direct, they were always super nice. The service department does good work, and generally is pretty fast as well. The few times we have taken service work there, they are generally done on the same day. (But this may vary depending on the season, in the summer time I know they get pretty swamped.)
