Sent me to collections instead of reaching out to me and letting me know I owed them money for something. not a single call or letter just to collections and i have no idea what its for.update: nobody answers the billing phone number even tho its 30min after the place opens what a scammy place. but they have no problem sending you to a collection place. and still have the wrong address on the bill.
The Doctors are friendly and try to help u but the girls that work the front desk are horrible they are rude and not professional at all I don’t understand how they keep there job by treating people so bad.
I asked for a referral a year ago and I am yet to see it. The staff is nice but they are uncoordinated and don't seem to know what's going on in their own office. $1300 later I regret choosing this place to provide me medical services.
