I would not let these people roof a dog house!! They were messy, dropped nails in my pool. Did not tell me, pool sweep picked some up that ended up clogging my line for years, finally breaking loose after about 4 years. They left garbage on the roof and on the driveway, I had to call to get them to come get it. They lied telling me they did the flashing, as several years later the entire side of my house had holes and dry rot because the water was not diverted properly. I had 3 contractors look at it and first thing they said was "it is a flashing issue". When they (owner Meraz) came back out, I was told they didn't do flashing, they used the old flashing. Lying now or when you told me you did?? He took NO responsibility for this. I now have multiple leaks and mold inside on top of the holes and dry rot on outdoor siding. When they cut a hole in the ceiling to eliminate water damage, you could see daylight through the roof (in my bedroom). I tried turning this into my insurance company and their findings confirmed that there are huge issues with shoddy workmanship and will not insure any of the damage. I have reached out to them, they do not respond.

Seriously POOR communication with Mr. Meraz. We felt like we were forcing him to come do the job. He never reached back out to us after a month until we did to see if he was still going to do the job. Still his reply didn't say what date and time. Very unprofessional. We were referred to him by a family member otherwise we would have already gone with someone else.

I hired Meraz Roofing to replace the roof on my garage. The crew was efficient, friendly, and did an excellent job, including thoroughly cleaning up afterward. The office staff including Rose and Margarita, were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Meraz Roofing!
