Kaiser Permanente has not met my expectations due to the lack of attentiveness from their doctors. On several occasions, I felt like my concerns and needs as a patient were not being heard or taken seriously. The doctors seemed rushed, dismissive, and more focused on following standard protocols rather than listening to my specific symptoms and experiences. This lack of personalized care left me feeling frustrated and unsupported. While the facilities are adequate and appointment scheduling is generally smooth, the quality of patient-doctor communication has been consistently disappointing. Overall, my experience has been far from satisfactory.
The nurse navneet was very professional and patient with me very helpful and caring made me feel comfortable I definitely appreciate her help she needs a raise for her kindness and professionalism!
Dr. Jere Ozaeta, MD is the worst Doctor I've ever seen. He had me in string narcotics for three months. 90 10mg norco and cut me off cold turkey no taper!! Sent me to pain specialist and won't prescribe the recommended treatment. He won't even respond at all. Just stuck here hurting with no help.
