My air conditioning system retired and had to be replaced. It was so hot in my home when Josh initially arrived to check things out.
Josh returned the next day, lent me (and set up) one of his portable window air conditioners which got us through this unbearable triple digit heat until my new system was installed. J's is very responsive, reliable and most of all, honest and reasonable. There is lots of hustling and over pricing in this industry, but you can rely on J's to do right by you!

J’s came out to my house yesterday and they were absolutely amazing. We have been having issues with a room being at minimum 5 degrees warmer than the rest of the house. The technicians went into the attic and checked the duct work, checked the air flow and temp of the air coming out. Not only did they take videos and pictures of the ducts and explain what they saw up there in great detail, but also made some recommendations on what we could do to cool that room down. Also made some recommendations for IF/WHEN we replace our AC unit and why they recommend it. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
