I needed service on my gate and they answered my call and even scheduled a tech to come out within the hour. On a Holiday! The tech seemed very knowledgeable and knew what to look for.
Excellent performance and customer service! I called in the morning needing additional remotes and a keypad installed for my electric swing arm gate and by 2:00 that afternoon Ricky was there and did everything I needed that I couldn’t find any other gate company to do for the past two years! He was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. If only every sub contractor I worked with was like him, this would be a better world. He was honestly that nice and respectful.
