As a first time customer for any business I always use the first impression rule. If the quality of service that was provided, was with the utmost professionalism than more than likely my return to that service would be guaranteed.

Technician Eddie Valencia was courteous, professional, and accommodating to a couple requests I’d made. I truly appreciated his service and his personable interaction. I’ve had service with Dustin Pest Control for years, and have had only good experiences with the servicing technicians. The office staff, too, are a great team as they are consistently helpful and pleasant.

Alfred from Dustin Pest Control performed a termite re-inspection on our old 1945 home in Fresno. He was very knowledgeable about the subject and provided us with options to handle our area of concern. His knowledge and ability to explain termite infestation left us with a peace of mind. We look forward to working with Alfred in the future if in the unfortunate event his expertise is needed.
