Amazing experience with doctor and staff. Got us in fast and my baby’s circumcision went good and healed very fast. Answered all my questions and when I had a concern on the weekend doctor called back immediately. Everyone was overall amazing and would 100% come here again and recommend to everyone!! I even switched over to this pediatrician permanently.

Love this office! My baby and I have spent an extended amount of time with Dr. Thampy and her NP Fran. Both are amazing providers. Sometimes appointments are a little bit out but I chalk that up to receiving quality and personal care.

I have been going here for two years now with my daughter. The NP and doctor are great, but I have had such a hard time with the front office staff and billing. It was been twice now where I’ve had issues with them trying to figure out my insurance and because we needed to get seen, I paid out of pocket. When I try to ask for assistance for documents to get reimbursed from insurance company, the office staff is not helpful at all. The first time this happened, it took 3 months before I actually got reimbursed for over $2k in vaccinations. The second time around, they said they would give me the info I needed to get reimbursed but never got back to me and am still dealing... read full review
