Love bringing my kids here. They have learned so much from the many coaches that have trained my children. (Coach Jules, Coach Krystal, Coach Kali, Coach Da'vid) are some of the coaches' names. Coach Nick is an amazing coach, not just for kids but adults as well. He's a black belt who teaches Jujitsu and Muay Thai. Coach Nora is another amazing coach. He pushes our kids to be great. He teaches Muay Thai, or sometimes we call it kickboxing. He also does the HITT classes. Coach Lamar is our boxing coach, he coach at both locations, hands down to him.. Overall, the staff at dethrone is really welcoming and professional. Their programs are amazing. When they say Mixed Martial Arts they mean it.. Their classes that they offer are Brazilian Jujitsu, Boxing, Muay Thai, Wrestling, and Hitt classes for those who want to work out and get fit to stay healthy. Big shout out to Rick and Jason... Trust me, you will not be disappointed, this gym, we are like family. They get everyone ready to learn how to defend yourself or if you want to go further in that career.. This is the place to be.. Large open area with plenty of room for training. Started classes for my 9yr old. They offer several martial art disciplines so the experience level of the coaches is very well verse. Brazilian JuJitsu, Kickboxing, Boxing, Wrestling, HIIT, it's all available! The program pricing is fair and considering your getting all these disciplines for one price it's a deal. Take as many classes or just one, the price is all in one. Plenty of parking and seating for parents.

I was training here for a couple months and at first the staff and the owner were kind an respectful. Then they became rude the staff included. They feel like their better than you with big ego's and when you ask for help on how to do things they always blew me off and ignored me and ignored other students as well. It kinda seemed the coaches just selected their favorites and rolled with them and instructed them. The only coaches who were cool with me and willing to sacrifice some effort was coach Lamar, coach Brian, and coach Marcos. I was really serious about my jiu jitsu and boxing i was pushing myself too see if the coaches took me serious and everyone just ignored...read full review
