Always awesome service!!! She's quick, knows how to talk to you and make you feel comfortable, and very funny! I return to her over and over again because she's the best with her work!

I’ve seen her every 4 to 5 weeks for several years now, and have never been disappointed. I’ve done Brazilians, half- and full-arm, tummy, eyebrow, sideburn/cheek, lip waxing and more.
She’s reliable, quick, always makes sure you’re comfortable, and she is thorough to ensure you don’t have any patches that are missed. Her wax and other products are great for sensitive skin, like mine.
The shop is conveniently located near Riverpark, it’s super clean, cute and comfortable.

Crystal has been the most incredible beauty professional. I utilize her for every service she offers from waxing to lash lifts. Even with recently being off a couple of weeks due to a family emergency, a death in the family at that, she recently started booking appointments again and got me in THE NEXT DAY! She, along with all of the other beauty professionals at The Beauty Lounge salon, have become my most favorite beauty professionals. This is a one stop shop for beauty - promise you won’t be disappointed. They even have freeze dried goodies and jewelry available for purchase while you wait for your appointments….not to mention a courtesy drink bar. Phenomenal.
