    She is definitely top-tier.
    If you’re looking for somebody who will work with you from beginning to the end, focusing on your goals, commenting as appropriate in regards to what needs to be changed in your diet to reach your goals – she is the one for you.
    I’ve been with Coach cat for almost seven months and I’ve had drastic changes In my overall physique that I am very happy with.

    If you decide to sign up with her, and you don’t see any change in two months – you’re the problem. She does her part however it’s also very vital that you do your part to reach your maximum potential.

    I can’t recommend Coach Cat enough!From the very first session, I knew I was in good hands. She’s incredibly sweet and has a way of motivating you like no other it’s like having a second mom cheering you on….Her encouragement, like saying Hey, one more set, you got this! keeps me going even when I feel like giving up. Thanks to her guidance, I started losing weight within the first week, and she’s taught me real, effective exercise techniques that are making a difference.
