Clinica Sierra Vista - West Fresno Community Health Center

I THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH! ALL THE STAFF IS EXTREMELY NICE AND HELP YOU WITH EVERYTHING! THEY EVEN TAKE WALK-INS, SOMETHING MY PRIMARY DOCTOR WILL NEVER DO FOR ME. THEY HEAR YOU AND TALK WITH YOU! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM; THEY DO NOT DISCRIMINATE, THEY ARE NOT RUDE, AND THEY HELP WITH EVERYTHING! I HOPE ALL THESE EMPLOYEES HAVE A HAPPY NEW YEAR!

I'm having mixed feelings about this clinic-not this location in particular but as a whole system since leadership starts way at the top. There is a high turnover rate.Oh, let me clarify... this is my mother in law's clinic. I've only become aware of their existence because we lived together for a few years recently and she'd tell me about her appointments and doctors. But after having a stroke and heart attack, she has some memory loss and cognitive impairment where we are basically there to assist with her appointments and all else.For the most part, she got all referrals sent out in a timely fashion. Fresno, generally, is becoming over politicized. Clinica Sierra Vista is run very well. The owners are professional as are the staff. Many bad critiques become mainstream because of "careless following without questions asked"-- When in an unfamiliar part of town, be aware of your surroundings.
