We have employed Clarke's services at our residence for many years and they've always done a good job, but I haven't written a review before. I felt compelled to review them this time because the technician, Bridgette, who provided the service was extraordinarily personable as well as thorough and efficient.This is not intended to imply that my previous experiences have been less than satisfactory in any way, it's just that I felt a special rapport with today's technician.Service: Bug & insect extermination

At first they missed the 3hr window they had given me, but they made up for it when they showed up early to the reschedule and were very quick to find the source of the infestation. He was unable to give an estimate on site so he stated he would email it to us.Service: Termite inspection

She has been with Clark for 20 years and our technician for a great number of those years.
