“I paid the estimate he gave me over the phone. We set up a date and time, he did show up maybe 45 mins later but that comes with that the job sometimes so I wasn’t upset. When he comes I showed him the spot , he said He recommends that I told since it’s a light color instead of red or green etc so I agreed but I was scared I was going to get charged by my apartments but nope , they didn’t charge me so he was right.“
