“Two weeks ago, my toddler pooped on our WHITE West Elm wool rug. I called Fresno Rug Cleaning & Repair and within two hours the owner and his son were at my house to pick up the rug -- for free! It is a 7 x 10 rug and we paid $280 for a cleaning. They delivered the rug today and it looks brand new! Fluffy, white, soft! Best customer service. Nicest humans. Highly recommend!“

“I haven't had my carpet cleaned in at least 5 years and between my lil zoo of animals and the ones coming in for fostering and boarding, disgusted doesn't begin to describe how I was feeling about my carpet. I wasn't expecting much but 2 days later I can confidently say they did a fantastic job! It was a warm day which helped with the drying process; mostly dry 7 hours in and fully dry at 12 hours. I'll definitely be referring them to other pet owners and with the reasonable pricing, I'll be utilizing their services 2x a year so I'm never disgusted again!“

“I paid the estimate he gave me over the phone. We set up a date and time, he did show up maybe 45 mins later but that comes with that the job sometimes so I wasn’t upset. I was ending my lease and in my inspection prior to moving out, the manger told me I should I have a small beach stain replaced. When he comes I showed him the spot , he said He recommends that I told since it’s a light color instead of red or green etc so I agreed but I was scared I was going to get charged by my apartments but nope , they didn’t charge me so he was right.“
